Marchesini Sachet Fillers 1997
For packaging powders in sachets, Marchesini Group presents the MS235, a heat-sealed sachet form/fill/seal machine. To guarantee a perfect dose in every sachet, each dosing screw feeder has been fitted with a motor-driven secondary pre-screw feeder device for perfect constant product feed in each dosing channel. This new system uses an independent brushless motor to drive the secondary screw feeder unit, and avoids having mixers around the dosing unit. The dosing system is set up to be equipped with a weight check system on each channel, with relative feed-back. Size change-overs are fast, not forgetting the possibility of automatically removing the dosing device at the end of production. A simple motor-powered control allows its outward rotation. Parts in contact with the product can be removed without tools. The basic ideas behind the design of this machine were easy cleaning, maximum efficiency, great reliability, extreme accessibility and flexibility.

Marchesini horizontal cartoner, model BA50 built in 1995, painted steel construction, intermittent motion, setup for reverse tuck, infeed bottle feeding device, pre-folded carton storage up to 48in, carton automatic feeding system, products are placed automatically into cartons, adjustment for carton size, carton closing automatically with adjustable guides, electrical panel with PLC Omron type CQM1, lexan guarding with interlocks, 208V, 3ph, 60hz, . The MC820 case packer is an automatic horizontal model with a sturdy, space-saving and ergonomic design. With its use of robotized technology, it can deliver exceptional speed and flexibility to ensure enhanced performance.
The case blank is inserted into the ergonomic magazine and post insertion, an arm with suction cups picks up the case blank and transfers it to the opening. It guarantees a precise squaring owing to the ability of the suction cups to hold the case blank from top to bottom. The products are grouped and vertically stacked; once inside the hopper, they are pushed into the case.

Buyers acknowledges that a sale by auction IS NOT a consumer sale for the purposes of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and as replaced by the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 / 1999 Regulations and the Buyer shall not seek to rely upon any conditions or warranties implied thereby or by any other legislation.All items/lots are sold “as is, where is” with no grading or guarantees irrespective of condition, wear, damage, and with all faults.
All prices exclude VAT. All taxes arising from sales will be charged to Buyers, and will be added to the purchase price. Bio Pharma Auctions may refund the VAT paid by the Buyer on the production of a completed bill of lading or relevant export document to the satisfaction of BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd.
Buyers agree to pay the purchase price in full. All outstanding invoices must be paid within three (3) business days of the auction. Outstanding invoices beyond three working days will be considered abandoned. British Pharma Auctions will charge a Buyer’s premium of percentage of the final sales price + VAT. This will be added to hammer price.
Payments by cash will be limited to £12,000GBP/€15,000EUR.
No purchases may be removed until full payment has been received.

Buyers are advised to pre-arrange insurance coverage of their purchases on award of bid.
If, for any reason whatsoever, BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd fails to deliver an awarded item/lot, the BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd sole liability shall be the return of any deposit or monies paid on said item/lot, and Buyer shall have no further claim whatsoever including without limitation direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages. Items/lots may be offered subject to a reserve price without notice to the bidders.
BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd may, at their sole discretion, without reason, notice or liability of any kind, at any time prior to or after commencement of any auction, but prior to close of bidding, alter, withdraw or vary any or all items/lots, refuse to accept any bid or terminate bidding on any or all items/lots, or cancel an auction entirely.
The advances, progression, and rules in the bidding shall be regulated at the sole discretion of BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd. BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd reserves the right not to acknowledge or accept any bid. BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd further reserve the right to refuse any bid for any reason.
