It operates on 100-240 VAC with frequency 50-60 Hz, and includes USB and network ports for connectivity. The Core Unit features a touchscreen interface for experimental setup, data logging, and protocol management. The system comes with multiple accessory kits including nucleofection cuvettes, strips, and adapters designed for different vessel formats. The unit requires a 3.25A fuse and has a temperature range operation between 20°C and 45°C.
