Important Information

Auction Details

Our auctions commence at 10:00 AM daily and run for a duration of 7 days, concluding at 10:00 AM on the final day. All lots that meet the reserve price will close at that time and will be invoiced accordingly. Any remaining lots that haven’t met the reserve will be extended until 2:00 PM that same day. Lots that subsequently reach the reserve will be closed, and this process will continue on a daily basis for an additional 10 to 12 days, with closing times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM until the auction concludes.

Please note, once a lot meets the reserve, the auctioneer reserves the right to reduce the remaining auction time to 10 minutes, after which the lot will close and be invoiced accordingly.

Bids

All submitted bids are considered valid, even if the reserve price has not been reached; these are treated as provisional bids and are binding. If you are outbid on a lot, the auctioneer may contact you as the underbidder within 24 hours. This offer is not legally binding but provides the underbidder with an opportunity to win the lot with their initial bid. Please be aware of this before placing your bids.

Grading System

We use a grading system solely for mechanical assessments. Detailed explanations of the grading criteria can be found in our terms and conditions, and each lot's grade will be indicated in its description. These grades are for guidance only, and we strongly recommend arranging a viewing if you have any doubts before placing a bid. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy before driving it on public roads.

Auctioneer’s Notes

If the auctioneer identifies any issues with a lot or needs to provide further clarification, this information will be noted under "Auctioneer’s Notes," which can be found in each lot's description.

Additional Fees / Buyer’s Premium

A Buyer’s Premium of 20% plus VAT (24% total) applies to all lots.

Viewings

Viewings can be arranged up to 48 hours before the auction ends, by strict appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a viewing before traveling.

Collections

After 5 days, if the vehicle or item has not been collected, an administration charge of £495 plus VAT will be applied, along with a storage fee of £100 plus VAT per day until collection is made. terms.

1. Registration and Qualification to Use the Services

1. We only provide our services to businesses and not to consumers. Accordingly, by registering

business capacity only. If an individual registers as a business when they are not one, this

will be considered fraud and misrepresentation, which may lead to legal action.

2. Before making a bid, you will need to register with us by completing the registration form on

our homepage and submitting it to us. By registering, you are making a statement, upon

which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or older and capable of forming

a legally binding contract on behalf of your business. When registering with us on behalf

of your business, you warrant that you have the authority to enter these terms, and any

contracts entered as a result of these terms on behalf of that business. By registering with

us, that business agrees to be bound by these terms and any contracts entered into as a

result of them.

3. You are responsible for ensuring that any registration details you provide us are kept up to

date, and you confirm that you will advise us of any changes in your registration details

as soon as possible.

4. On occasion, certain businesses may be refused access to our services or have their

registrations rejected. Such suspensions and rejections shall be at our sole discretion.

5. Every bidder shall be deemed to act as a principal unless there is a written acknowledgment by

us that the bidder acts as an agent on behalf of a named principal.
