We do not arrange shipping/delivery, this is the purchasers responsibility. The saleground is in a field so security of lots will be limited after the saleday

Important Information

We are delighted to have been asked to carry out an online charity auction for the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and Macmillan Norfolk. 

The Targeted Radiotherapy Appeal is to raise funds for a new specialist department for the treatment of Prostate Cancer at the NNUH: TRA  

 

 

The sale will start to close from 7pm on 26th November, and the bidding will run for 10 minutes after each bid is placed on every lot.

It is essential to press F5 after bidding to see what the current bid is. 

 

Please note that ALL proceeds from the sale of the goods and promises within this auction will be split equally between Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital Targeted Radiotherapy Appeal and Macmillan.

 

1. THE BUYER - The highest bidder will be the buyer. If any dispute arises the auctioneer shall rule the bidding and no bid shall be retracted.

 

2. REGISTRATION - Prior to bidding all interested parties must register with i-bidder.com.

 

3. BUYERS PREMIUM - No buyers premium shall be charged by DURRANTS, however a charge of 3% per lot will be charged by i-bidder.com and this will be added to any invoice.

Please note that no premium of any kind will be charged on Lot 1, the Alfa Romeo Mito.

 

4. PAYMENT - Payment may be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or card payment in person only. All purchases must be made in full prior to collection of goods and promises. There is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments.

 

5. VAT - Is payable on the 3% i-bidder.com charge only, not the lot value.

 

6. OWNERSHIP - The ownership of a Lot will not pass to the buyer until they have paid in full.

 

7. POSTAGE - May be possible for small items and will be charged at cost. Postage of receipts and all paperwork relating to Promises will not be charged for.

 

8. RICS - Durrants are members of the RICS. Clients moneis are safeguarded in a ""clients bank account"" which is a non-interest bearing account.
