Buyer’s Premium: A Buyers Premium of 4%+VAT will be payable on top of the hammer price to the auctioneers.

Terms & Conditions
The properties will be sold under the Law Society's Standard Conditions of Sale (Fifth Edition - 2018 Revision).
A copy of the sale contract is available from the auctioneers by request.
All prospective purchasers must register their interest officially with the Auctioneers directly, and must provide proof of identification and funds prior to being approved to bid on this auction.
On the 'fall of the hammer' the purchaser will be expected to sign the contact and pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price electronically to the auctioneers immediately. Completion is fixed for Thursday 2nd December 2021 or earlier by request.
