[REGISTRATION]

Bidders must

+Have not been publically blocked by another auctioneer

+Have a verified email address

[PAYMENT]

Final Payment must be paid within 48 hours of auction.

No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full.

Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made by the due date/time.

[FORMS OF PAYMENT]

We only accept payment by T/T remittance.

[AS-IS, WHERE IS]

All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS" without warranty or guarantee.

Please inspect all items carefully before bidding.

There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold.

This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.

[PICK UP]

Bidders are responsible to arrange trucks and pick up their items by the 30^th March.

The Auctioneer will handle the removal work, designate the pickup date, and charge the cost of removal cost to the bidders.

Please speak to the auctioneer about more time if working within this timeline is an issue.

Storage and removal charges will be assessed for inventory which is not picked up by the 30^th March.

After removal due date, items will be deemed abandoned to auctioneer by purchaser.

[EXPORT CONTROL]

The Buyer, in any and all cases, is not allowed to resell the Equipment to third parties in countries that are subject to the United Nations weapon embargo sanction, namely, Belarus, Afghanistan, Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Eritrea, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Somalia and Sudan.

In addition, the Buyer shall not re-sell the Equipment to third parties in a manner and for the purpose (including military purposes, etc.) of violating related laws and regulations including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.

[ALL SALES ARE FINAL]

No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction.

[DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES]

Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question.

No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.

[LIABILITY]

All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore.

Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held.

Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.

Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

【登録要件】

入札者は以下の条件を満たす必要があります。

• 他のオークショニアによって公開でブロックされた履歴がないこと。
• 認証済みのメールアドレスを持っていること。
• 認証済みの電話番号を持っていること。

【支払い】

• 最終支払いは、オークション終了後48時間以内に完了する必要があります。
• 請求額の全額支払いが完了するまで、購入品の引き渡しは行われません。
• 支払い期限までに全額支払われない場合、オークショニアは落札品を再販売する権利を有します。
• 3月14日（金）公示のTTSレートで日本円換算した金額にてご請求いたします。

【支払い方法】

T/T送金（銀行振込）による支払いのみ受け付けます。

【現状有姿・現状渡し】

• すべての設備は「現状有姿・現状渡し」で販売され、保証や保証は一切ありません。
• 入札前にすべての設備を慎重に確認してください。
• 一度落札された設備について、再入札や返金は一切できません。
• 本カタログはあくまで参考資料であり、誤記や記載漏れがある場合があります。

【引き取り】

• 落札者は、3月30日までにトラックを手配し、商品を引き取る責任があります。
• オークショニアが搬出作業を行い、引き取り日を指定させていただきます。
• 搬出費用は機械代金とは別に落札者にご請求させていただきます。
• 3月30日までに撤去されなかった場合、別途撤去・保管料が発生します。
• 撤去期限を超えて放置された設備は、落札者の所有権放棄とみなし、オークショニアに所有権が移ります。

【輸出規制】

落札者は、いかなる場合においても、国連武器禁輸制裁対象国（ベラルーシ、アフガニスタン、コンゴ、コートジボワール、エリトリア、イラク、レバノン、リベリア、北朝鮮、シエラレオネ、ソマリア、スーダン）の第三者に機器を再販売することはできません。
また、落札者は、外国為替及び外国貿易法を含む関係法令に違反する方法及び目的（軍事目的等を含む）で、本機器を第三者に再販売してはならないものとします。

【オークション終了後】

オークション後の返品や請求金額の調整は一切受け付けません。

【紛争・不一致について】

• 取引記録はオークショニアが管理し、紛争が発生した場合はオークショニアの記録が最終決定となります。
• オークショニアが、何らかの理由で落札品の全部または一部を引き渡せない場合、その責任の範囲は支払われた金額の返金に限られます。
• 設備の持ち出し後は、請求書の調整は一切行われません。

【責任】

• オークション会場への来場、設備の確認および撤去の際の事故や損害について、オークショニアおよび出品者は一切の責任を負いません。
• オークショニアおよび出品者は、オークション開催場所の状態に関する責任を負いません。
• オークショニアの裁量により、撤去の難易度に応じて保険加入や指定業者（重機作業会社）の利用を義務付ける場合があります。
• オークション当日、オークショニアが追加の販売条件を発表する場合があります。入札は、これらの条件に同意したものとみなされます。
