- Buyers Premium of 15% + VAT will be added to every lot sold.
- Additional 4.95% + VAT internet fee.
- There is no VAT on the hammer price for this auction.
- This is an online timed auction and will start closing at 10:00am on Tuesday 2nd July. The sale will continue without break until the last lot is sold.
- All goods are “sold as seen” and carry no guarantee or warranty.
- All images, descriptions and measurements are approximate and to be strictly used as guidelines only.
- Payment MUST be made by 3:30pm the day following the auction.
COLLECTIONS:
- Collection days are Wednesday 3rd July and Thursday 4th of July between 9am - 5pm and Friday 5th July between the hours of 9am - 3pm.
- There is no courier option. Buyers must collect and have suitable labour in place.
- Collections after Friday 5th July will need to be arranged with the vendor and will be charged at £50 + VAT for each day. The vendors number will be given upon request.
- Collection and Viewing address is at the Harbour Health Club, 22-24 Winchelsea Road, Rye, TN31 7EL.
- Successful buyers are solely responsible for providing their own labour, equipment and transport for collections. The Wellers staff onsite will be unable to assist you with this process. Some items in this auction will require dismantling and/or specialist equipment for removal so please make yourself familiar with the location and specifics of the equipment before bidding. We highly encourage you to submit a condition report or attend the viewing day for more information.
VIEWING:
- VIEWING IS AVAILABLE for this auction on Monday 1st of July between 10am - 2pm.
- VIEWING address is Harbour Health Club, 22-24 Winchelsea Road, Rye, TN31 7EL.
- Please be sure on what you are bidding on as this is an 'Online Only' auction, and all stock is sold behind closed doors.
CONDITION REPORTS/TELEPHONE BIDS:
- We DO offer condition reports for this auction. Condition reports will be completed on Monday 1st July.
PAYMENT:
- Payments MUST be paid through your invoice email by 3:30pm the DAY AFTER THE SALE. Please follow the payment instructions received via email post-sale.
- If you have not paid by 3:30pm the day following the sale, you will be blocked for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will immediately be taken off your account and re-sold in the next available auction.
- We are NOT taking cash or card payments on-site.
FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS:
- Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
DELIVERIES & COURIER INFORMATION:
As the auctioneers we do not get involved in the shipping of goods.

NON-PAYMENT OF ITEMS:
- If you do not pay by 3:30pm the day following the auction, YOU WILL be banned for a minimum of 6 weeks.

REFUNDS:
